Sample language for inclusion in your estate planning documents include:

“I give [the sum of ____________ dollars ($_____________)] or [___ percent of my estate/trust] to the Cincinnati Observatory Center (FEIN: 31-1665954), an Ohio nonprofit corporation, of Cincinnati, Ohio, or its successor in interest, for its general charitable purposes.”
